You may have to log off and back on to windows if you are using sso and are prompted to login. Didn't have to reboot or reinstall the receiver client. Except for ssonsvr.exe.ĭelete this is the folder in the user's profile. HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Citrixīefore I deleted the folder from the profile, I opened the task manager, then ended all the Citrix related processes that were running. If the new version of the Citrix Receiver is installed, but applications still will not launch. This might cause accounts, apps, and cached files to be removed. One in the registry and one in the user's profile folder. Download and install the newest version of the Citrix Receiver. Reset the Citrix Receiver if everything else fails. What I did is deleted 2 folders called Citrix. It's like I wasn't even clicking on the published application icons. or the XenApp/XenDesktop 7 For Citrix Workspace installation and update issues. I wasn't seeing any errors, no popups, noting in the event viewer, nothing in the receiver log files. The receiver cleanup utility didn't fix the problem.īut I found a solution and wanted to share.
